Say hello to Lucy & Jon.....their romantic "city hall" wedding took place in NYC....and the thing that makes their wedding so romantic...they are from London....they came over to NYC for their very first time, to marry at City Hall and honeymoon in The Big Apple...now how cute and romantic is that!!
